A little late, better than never

Day 5- Your Siblings
I am 6.5 years older than my sister, to say we are complete opposites is an understatement. I am day and she is night, or vice versa. We never got along growing up and it drove our parents crazy. Even now, I am over 6,000 miles away and yes we get along, but we are still opposite, and we don't talk to much. We will talk over Facebook and on the phone every now and then, but that is about it. I love her to death and she has a big heart, but when she is 15 and I am 22 we don't have a lot in common, it doesnt help we live on opposite sides of the world. Now don't get me wrong I love my sister to death, and she is an awesome person, if we were closer in age we would be best friends. :)

Day 6- A picture of something that makes you happy
This is a feeling I will never forget!

Cram it in there

Okay I need to do two days of the 30 day blog challenge, then to the greatest day ever!

Day 3- Your first love
When I look back over my life and my loves, It is hard to pinpoint my first love. It could be my my great guy friend that I dated for 8 months or the boy i feel hard for my senior year in highschool but only dated a couple months, but if i had to pick just one i would pick the love of my life..my husband JC is who I would say is my first love, my true love, and my only love. He is the light of my life and I am so blessed to have him by my side forever.

Day 4- Your parents
Oh what could I say about my parents, they are amazing. They have always been there for me when i needed them. we have always been close, and that means so much to me. now that i live so far away it stinks that i can't always see them, but it nice that we talk all the time. i love my parents, they are the best.
My in-laws are great,  and I am so blessed to call them my parents too. :)

HOMECOMING!!!!!

I got my husband back yesterday!!! I am so excited to have him home again.

Having him home is amazing and I once again feel whole.

Day 2-Meaning behind blog name

My blog name is 'Learn as you go'

I didn't know what to name this blog for so long, and it took me a while to finally decide on a name. When the day came to name the blog I was thinking 'Life is a dance, learn as you go', but that was really long so I decided on 'Learn as you go'. I truley believe that you have to roll with the punches that life gives you, and if you do you will enjoy the adventure. :)

Some things..

There are a few things I want to start doing more of...

1.Bowling- I haven't been bowling since before J left on this deployment, and I would like start going again. I'm never going to get better if I don't get some practice!

2.Reading- I have been slacking BIG time lately and I would like to start reading more often.

3.Saving Money-need to start saving more...plain and simple.

4.Working Out-I want to get into shape, and in order to do this I need to go to the gym.

5.Blogging-I have been slacking seriously.

In celebration of cleaning my house top to bottom, I am going to start a 30 day blogging challenge. :)

Big Sigh

Right now I just need to let out a big sigh... I am one of those people who hold things in. It is a bad habit of mine, and I am slowly starting to break it. This is one of those days I boil over a little bit.

Here are the things I want to get off my chest:

1. I am 22, with no children(we are trying), and I am a minority.. In the military community it is known that many people get married young and immediately start having babies.. well we live in what many people call a "fish bowl" because the base is so small and your always running into someone you know. The pregnancy rate here is sky high, so everywhere you go there are pregnant women. Yes, it is true I am jealous.. I should be pregnant right now, I should have a growing belly and a baby on the way, but I don't I was that person that miscarried, the girl whose heart was shattered into a million little pieces, and she is still trying to pick up the pieces. Anyway back to my point... Why should I feel like I am less of a person because we don't have any children yet, and I do. Its a crappy feeling, and I wish it would go away.

2. Yearly Deployments...this is just a rant, I can't stand being forward deployed.. I hate spending 5 months a year(if that) with my husband. I can't wait till we leave here

3. Drama, Drama, Drama....Take it to your momma. I don't want to be in the middle of your highschool crap. What is the point? Your only making yourself look bad.

4. Am I less of a person than you?... Don't you hate this feeling? Yes my husband and I are what many would consider young, but who cares. Yes, I dropped out of college, but I am back in school and on my way to earning my degree. Yes, my husband is a lower rank, does he rank make us who we are? I guess it does.. but why? Don't get me wrong, I have a few friends or acquantences who are officer wives and they are great people, so why must all the others judge me? You don't know anything about me, you don't know what in my life has brought me here today... basically, don't judge me unless you truley know me.. then if you don't like me we can go our seperate ways.

5. Knowing the next chapter in our lives is coming, but is yet still so far away.. JC isn't re-enlisting, so basically this is it for us. No more Navy, and a part of me jumps for joy. I know this is the path for us, and this will make JC so much happier. We know where we will go after this, we know what we want, yet we can't touch it yet. I just want to reach out and grasp it and pull it closer to us. I want to start planning and it not seem so far away. By the way, we will move to New York, where JC grew up and build a house on a piece of land his parents own. I saw some pictures of it today and my heart just melted.

6. Becoming a 'civilian' again.. moving onto the next chapter isn't without fear, and my fear is that I won't know what to do with myself. This coming Christmas will be my first time visiting the town I will call 'home' in a couple years, and I am nervous, not that i won't like it, but that I won't know anyone. Being a part of the military community has given me the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and it was 'easy' to meet people. Now I don't know what I will do, and that scares me. I like being involved in the community, and I will have to hunt down ways to be involved. It is part of the unknown that has be fear becoming a civilian again.

I feel a little better now. A little I guess. Honestly, I think it boils down to I don't want to live here anymore.. we have about 22ish months yet.. it seems never ending.

I am ready for my husband to be home, that will make things better.

Okay I'm done :)

I am dropping the ball here..

Where is my motivation? If you find it will you please send it back to me, I would really appreciate it. Things have been crazy busy around here, which is a good thing, but somethings have to take the fall, and blogging took the fall last month.

I swtched somethings up with my 101 in 1001, I know your prolly not suppose to, but I did. I removed things that we petty and added things I wanted to really accomplish. I have already accomplished 6 goals! To me that is amazing that in one month I can accomplish 6 things, go me! So far I have accomplished:
1.Cook on a grill - I cooked hotdogs on my friends grill, they were delicious.
2.Ask JC 15 questions that I don't know about him- he thought is was cool that I was digging up        questions to ask on things I had no clue what the answers were.
3.Wake up before 9am for 30 days-I did it! I love my sleep so I thought this was going to be a challenge, but it wasn't. Now I just need to move it to 8, then 7 then 6!
4.Go on a $400 shopping spree- this is not somehting I can really ever do, but I did it!! I got some new clothes from Forever 21 for my birthday, and it was the best. I love all my new clothes!
5.Own a "little black dress"-wait until you see this dress, it is smokin'!
6.Get dress boots- boots in Japan are a big thing and i fell in love, last winter I didn't get any, but I did this year. I can't wait till it starts really cooling down so I can wear them.
So there is my list so far, I have started on some other goals and will be marking them off as I go. I am trying to accomplish all of them before we leave Japan(summer 2012), just because I think it would be cool to accomplish everything before then, but I know some of them can't be done until after.

I have been debating starting some blog challenges, most of them are 30 day challenges and while that is great, I will most likely loose interest in it. Plus with this deployment coming to a close it might not be the best timing. We shall see.

Okay that is all I have for now, I just got back from the Dentist, so Im going to baby myself and curl up and watch a movie on the couch. :)

Have a Fantastic Wednesday!

Update!

Ahhhh I have been gone for way to long! I need to get back into the groove. I have been crazy busy though so I really havent had the time to sit down and write anything.

101 in 1001 goals: I have completed 2 goals so far which isn't bad. I am hoping to complete 2 more by the end of the month, but we will see how that goes.

I started working again, I am a substitute teacher at the elementary school on base, and it feels great to be back working and in the classroom. I hope to continue working at least two days a week if not more.

I am on the board for an association here on base and we just took over as the new board so things have been very hectic and will be until we have a complete grasp on things.

I started classes again. I switched Universities at the beginning of the summer and I started my first class at this school on Tuesday so I have been busy trying to stay ahead with school work..

All in all life is busy and I kinda like it, it makes the days go by fast and that just means one day closer to my hubby being home!

My birthday was on the 12th and I went on a shopping spree online, so now all I am doing is waiting for my order to arrive! BUT my anniversary gift from my husband got here....

Aren't they beautiful!!!! I can't wait to wear them :-) yay!!!

Okay that is all for now.. Hope everyone has a great Monday!

September already?!

This year has been flying by, and I am really glad it has been.

September will be a good month, I can feel it, and I am hoping to accomplish a few goals:
1-Put $1500 into the savings account
2-Start my first class at Ashford University
3-Start the Project 365 on my birthday(the 12th)
4-Read 3 books
5-Write a letter to Joe to open in 1 year
6-Write a letter to myself to open in 1 year
7-No soda from today till the end of the month
8-Wake up before 9am everyday
9-Go bowling
10-Swim 25 laps at the pool
11-Go to the gym at least 3 times
12-Go to a yoga class

I picked 12 things because my birthday is on the 12th so it felt right. Along with these 12 things I will be working on my 101 in 1001.

I hope everyone is having a good weekend.

101 in 1001

On September 1st I will start the 101 in 1001, I am really excited to strive to complete all the task on it.
I will have 1001 days-till May 29th, 2012 to complete 101 different task.

I added my list to my pages tab, so go check it out & let me know what you think.

Finances

Money Money Money!!! Hubby & I finally are buckling down to get on top of our finances, by November of 2011 we will be completely debt free. We want to be able to save as much money as we can before we go back to the states. His paychecks are pretty steady, so it will be really easy to judge how much we can put away every month. I am really excited about this, and even though money will be tight since were putting it away or pushing more towards our bills I am glad that it will be for a good reason.

I will be blogging about our journey to be debt free, and how we manage to be debt free in 15 months! We have 3 credit cards and 4 loans left to pay off, I am really glad that [JC] is on board with this and is taking an active part to help get us on top.

Now it's time to get back to work! :-)

Busy Busy

Some days I feel like I can barely keep my head above water. The past week has been busy and just completely crazy. The boat my husband is deployed on was in port part of the week so I was really excited to get to talk to him over skype and see him on the computer screen, talking to him makes everything so much better.
One of our neighbors is moving and they were selling their grill! She only wanted $80 for a grill they have only used about 5 times, so I snatched it up before anyone else had the chance too!
Here is our new grill:
I can't wait to grill on it! I probably won't even use it until my husband gets home, but I am really excited about having a grill.

Care Packages are a big thing in my life with my husband being gone and all, I usually send at least 2 every month, or ill just send two at one time like I did yesterday. He is so spoiled, but Im glad I get to spoil him. He knows I sent him two boxes, but he has no idea what is in each. Here are the boxes I sent out.

Basically they have drink mixes, tuna lunches, pistachios, a notebook, envelopes, sour candies, chips and queso dip, some little Japanese taffy that I get here, fruit snack packets a letter from me and some pictures.

I went to Yokohama with some friends last night and we went up the Landmark Tower to the 69th floor to see a 360 degree view of the city and it was amazing! If I could go there everyday and just relax I would be in heaven. We ate at the Hard Rock and as always it was delicious, we went into the store so we could look around and one of the girls collects a bunch of stuff from every Hard Rock her and her husband go too. I found this hat, and I really like it and I would go back in an instant to get it, but it is kind of expensive so I am having an internal debate on whether I should get it or not. So here is me in the hat...

I really like it! Maybe I'll just go on a shopping trip to Forever 21!

I hope everyone had a good weekend! :-)

Playing Catch Up.

Okay so I need to play catch up on a few days of 30 days of me, so let us start there..

Day 10: A photo of you taken over 10 years ago
-I don't have a picture of me taken this long ago :-(

Day 11: A photo of you taken recently

This was taken a week or so ago before I went out for a night with some friends!

Day 12: Whatever Tickles your fancy
-I will add this to the end of the post

Day 13: A fictional book

This is the book I am currently reading, it is the fifth book in the Sookie Stackhouse novels. This is the book series that the hit HBO show 'True Blood' is based off of. I love the series so far!

Day 14: A non-fictional book
I just finished reading John Crawfords book 'The last true story I'll ever tell:An accidental soldiers account of the War in Iraq', great book!

Day 15: A fanfic
-I have no idea what this is...

Okay on to other news, I got to my husband twice today so I am on cloud nine right now. For those of you who don't know, my husband is currently deployed. It is always a hreat feeling when he calls and I get to hear his voice! I have a party of sorts to go to on Friday and I just picked up my dress today from the cleaners, and I am excited they made it look like new and that I get to dress up for once! I will start being on top of these 30 days of me post, I am half way done so not to much longer. I hope everyone had a great weekend, mine was relatively uneventful so nothing to brag about :-)

Have a Happy Monday:)

A little bit of this

Today was a day that I needed.. I slept in today and I needed it, for some reason I have been exhausted lately. I picked up the book series I wanted to read from a friend, and I'm already addicted. The book series is the Sookie Stackhouse Series, which is the series True Blood is taken from. I watch the TV show and I really enjoy it, but I think I will like the books better. If you like the TV show, you should go get the books, the first one is called Dead until Dark.

After emailing my husband, and getting ready for the day I sat down on the patio with my book and began to read, and a friend texted me and asked if I wanted to join her, and her kids up at the pool since it was open until 8pm tonight.. I did and two other friends and their kids came up as well. I sat up there for 5 hours just hanging out, relaxing and just talking with good company, it was the best night I have had in a while. With my husband deployed , it is easy for me to get stressed and forget to take it easy, but tonight I let all the stress roll off of me, and I am glad I did.

I need to start working out regularly though, I need to rearrange the back bedroom to where it gives me more room to workout in. I just need something to tone my body up a bit and to build up endurance. I am thinking of going back to Zumba two nights a week and maybe BodyCombat two other nights. I have also been thinking of volunteering to be a flag football couch, it might be fun, but it depends on the age group.

So I need to get back to writing my husband a letter to mail out... I have been at a lose for words though, no words can explain my love for him. I miss him..

Okay enough for one night.

Tuesday, August 3, 2010

Day 9: A photo you took

So today is a photo I took so here it is...

This is my husband & I on the 4th of July! The base we live on had a bunch of bands playing and a bunch of other stuff going on. We had a great day and the best part was being able to spend it with my husband.

Monday, August 2, 2010

Motivation

I need to find some motivation! I will try to post everyday like I am suppose to with this challenge, but sometimes I forget. I have been able to talk with my husband about a lot of life changes and things the past couple of days, and that always makes me happy. I will post about out future plans another day so until then I will continue with the 30 days of me!

Day 7: A photo that makes me happy

This picture was taken on Valentines day 2010, and it is my favorite picture of us. It was taken in Yokohama, Japan and we had a lot of fun that day. It was the first time we really went out and explored.

Day 7: A photo that makes you sad/angry

I don't have a photo that makes me sad, and I am sure I could of googled something, but it wouldn't be personal. So I have deced not to post a picture.

Day 5&6

Day 5: Favorite Quote
"You can give me a million reasons why I shouldn’t have to go through this… I can give you a million reasons why I’m proud to do it." -Unknown.

This is my favorite quote, it explains what i go through as a military wife. It actually means a lot to me.

Day 6: Whatever tickles your fancy

So for whatever tickles my fancy I am doing a July month in review..
I got to see my husband this month, he was still on emergency leave for what we went through in June, so we got to spend 4th of July together. We got to see Blue October in concert which was awesome. Other than that not much has been going on, we our back in deployment mode and I am waiting to hear about a job.
I am looking forward to August though, Im hoping it is a better month.

Thursday, July 29, 2010

Day 4: Favorite Book

This might be a cliche or seem silly, but I am a Twilight fan. I loved the books & I like the movies..

So you see, I will say that Twilight is my favorite book. It is really a tie between this one and breaking dawn, but I will go with this one.

Wednesday, July 28, 2010

Day 3: Favorite TV show

Today is day 3 of the 30 days of me, and it asks for my favorite TV show! This is an easy one for me, Friends is my favorite show, my husband would say im addicted. We own all 10 seasons and I am the type of person who has to have noise in the background, so either the TV is on, a movie is playing or the Ipod is plugged in, but if I ever get tired of something I pop in a friends season and just let it play in the background!!

So if you have never seen the show you are missing out! It is sure to bring you lots of laughs. :)

On a different note,I had a long day! I went to IKEA today, but I didn't get anything it was for our association here, we needed center pieces. We found what we needed, but it was just to long for me.

I got to talk to my husband today!!! It is always a good day when I hear from him, it is so great that a 3 minute conversation can make everything better. We got to email back and forth for a bit as well, and we got to talk about our future plans. JC's contract is up after our tour here, so we have been discussing whether he will re-enlist or if he will get out, stressful stuff and it is a big decision.
I know we will make the right decision for us.

Tuesday, July 27, 2010

Day 2:Favorite Movie

now this is tricky for me because to be honest I have 6 favorite movies...

the first one would be...

The Jurassic Park trilogy is one of my favorites!! I can watch these movies over and over again and never get sick of them.

My second favorite movie would be..

The mummy trilogy!! As with Jurassic Park, I can watch them over and over again and never get tired of them

I have always taken heat for loving these movies, but I do and I am proud of it!! :)

You have to try everything once..

Happy Monday!!
I hope everyone had a good weekend! This past Saturday was "Parents Night Out" so the childcare center on base was open till midnight, so my friends with kids took avantage of it and us gals went out for dinner, just us ladies! It was nice to go out and have some laughs with the gals, these ladies are awesome & I am sad I didn't get a picture of the four of us.

With living in Japan there is so much to experience, and who knew you could jump full in to a new experience with dinner alone. We had lots of laughs over dinner, and we all tried something new.

this was my meal, it was pork with breading, steamed rice, and Yakisoba! It was amazing, so yummy. Not really a risk since I have had it all before.

We all enjoyed our food and we each ate a little of everything. It was all yummy, we just will leave some stuff out next time!

A friend of mine ordered this yummy looking soup, not knowing she had to cook it herself! Oh and with ordering, there weren't English menus so we just looked at the pictures and decided that way! It is a very nice learning experience.

Finally, it was time for dessert.. now I am a picky eater, so when we ordered a green tea sundae I was already turned off because I don't like green tea, but I tried it and.. well non of us liked it! lol

After dinner we went across the street to a couple stores and looked around, and of course we found some really cool things.

Wine on tap anyone? None of us have ever seen wine like this so it was pretty neat.

We have it all wrong, The secret to weightloss is all in the legs! There was half an isle dedicated to these, I should get some and see if they work.

So Saturday night ladies night was a success and we all had a lot of fun! I can't wait to do it again one day. I am so glad I moved here with these ladies and we are all so close.

I hope everyone had a great weekend, and if you had a ladies night, feel free to share your night out!!

30 days of me

So I have decided to start the 30 days of me today.. yay for day 1.

Day 1: Favorite Song

My favorite song would be Alone in this bed by Framing Hanley. The song is about one of the band members fiance that was killed in a car accident, it is a really sad song, but I can listen to it over and over again. In a way you can relate this to what a military spouse/fiance/girlfriend goes through and feels when her husband, fiance or boyfriend is deployed.

On a different note, I am starting my workout routine today and I am a little nervous that I wont be able to stick with it, and I read some bad reviews of the DVD I have so I am going to have to buy a better one in the next week or so.
I hope everyone had a great weekend, and I hope it continues into the work week.

Challenging myself..

Starting Monday, my next 30 days are going to be tough... heres why!

Amber over at striving for 31 has made a challenge called 30 days for me. I have decided to join her in her challenge to better ourselves over 30 days. She goes into more detail on her blog, but basically we are going to better ourselves by eating right, exercising and making time for ourselves. I can't wait to get started.

As well as Ambers challenge, I am joining other women from the Blogfrog community A belle, a bean & a Chicago dog in doing the 30 day shred.. Now my NEX didn't have the DVD so I will be doing the Skinny Bitch fitness bootcamp instead.

I am really going to push and challenge myself these next 30 days. I am excited about both and I think with the support I will be able to push through and come out victorious the end of the 30 days!

So who is with me?? Any takers?
I will be posting my progess on here weekly, that way I am held accountable to myself.

Books & Coupons

Soo it's been a few days since my last post and I apologize. My husband is leaving to deploy again soon and we have been soaking up our time together..

Anyways, I went to the library today & our base has a very small library but I did manage to find 10 books I liked so I have a lot of reading up ahead of me. This reminded me of a 'challenge' more or less that I wanted to do.. I want to read 100 books in a year. I will compile my list tonight and post it as soon as I am done.. Anyone want to join me?

Also is anyone in a book club? I was thinking of joining one here. Thoughts and opinions?!

How many of you use coupons.. I do! I never did before we moved here, but since we live overseas we can use coupons up to 6 months after they expire. I picked up some more coupons today so now I have to go through them all and organize what I can use now, what I can use later and what to put back in the "coupon Joe" bucket where I get the coupons.

I know this post is random but I am all over the place today & Im just random! I hope you all have a great week :)

All of these ladies are fantastic bloggers & I love reading new post by them, I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.

The second part of this award is answering some questions.

1.What would your perfect day consist of?
My perfect day would consist of spending time with my husband, and both our families. We don't get to see our families a lot, so when we do I cherish every minute of time I have with them.

2. Walking in the woods in wellies or barefoot on the beach?
Walking barefoot on the beach, it is one of the best feelings in the world, so just stick your toes in the sand and enjoy a day at the beach.

3. Have you ever hugged or sang to a tree?
I can't say I have done either.

4. Do you believe in Fairies?
Not exactly, but who am I to say they might not exsist.

5. What hobbies are you working on?
Mainly the blog, but im going to start scrapping again soon.

Once again thank you to Jeanette over at bombshell BLISS!

Oh the joys of planning..

I am a planner, I love calenders & I have about 5 of them spread out around my house. Schedules keep me sane, If I can write in on the calender im happy, if not I go a little crazy.

So why am I telling you about my slight obsession? Well it's because when I started this blog I declared July my planning month, I gave myself the whole month to get my ideas together and my thoughts. I also gave myself the month to heal, in the past month I have been through a lot and I need to recover. If my post are sporadic or random, please excuse the chaos & hang in there with me.

So as far as planning I have made some progress, I have some ideas for some postings & I would like your opinion, let me know if you like the idea or not, and what you would post.. Im totally new at this and will eventually get the hang of it.

Ideas:

30 days of me- I have seen a few other bloggers do it, and would like to give it a try. It will put me out there and maybe some other bloggers will join me and we can get to know one another that way.
365 project- take a picture everyday for 365 days. I was thinking of making this 2 parts..the picture and then a quote or word of the day.. I dont know yet.
Workouts-Im going to start getting serious about fitness, I will prolly document what im doing in some form or another.
goal list- I see people do the 30 before 30. or 101 in 1001 and I love the idea of having a list, so I might add one of my own.
daily top 5-This is mainly to keep my blogging and active, I would come up with a topic and answer with the top 5..
books-I love reading & I need to read more and read books I might not normally read, so I would like to set a goal for how many books to read in a time period.. & list the books to read, that way I will venture out more.
Post Series-this is my "Growing up Carnie" series that im hoping to have up soon, but im not sure right now.
build a better blog challenge-I would like to do this 'one' day.. I just started blogging so im going to hold off on a bit, but if anyone is ever interested let me know!

Okay so that is the jist of it.. Its a lot, and I like a challenge & this blog is for me and just for fun. I would like to gain a lot of followers and make this a big blog one day, but right now its baby steps and my own imagination. :)

I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Time to hit the book..

My blog notebook that is.. & Yes I have a blog notebook, it helps me keep organized & not loose any ideas I have. So on my last post a few people thought it was interesting that I grew up on a carnival, and in the past people have asked me about it, but I never went into great detail. Well I think it is time that all changed, so I have started brainstorming ideas and thinking things over.. I am going to be coming up with a "Growing up Carnie" post series.. It will prolly be 3-4 post about it, I don't want to make it one big post so I am doing it this way. I have enlisted the help of friends & family that also grew up on the carnival. I am going to try to start this by this time next week, but it's not set in stone yet. I am actaully really excited about this, and I hope everyone enjoys reading not only my story, but the story of others as well. Growing up traveling on a carnival is not something you hear about a lot and I want to share this experience with others.

Until then, I will keep posting! I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend :)

MilSpouse Friday Fill-In

So a week or so ago I came across the blog Wife of a Sailor annd she has the weekly Friday fill in, so each Military Spouse and significant other can get to know one another a little better. I think this is a great idea, and I am glad to participate!

Here are this weeks questions:

1.What is your favorite household chore?
I don't have a favorite, but if I had to choose it would have to be sweeping. Its not the greatest thing, but you can dance around the house with the broom, singing at the top of your lungs to your favorite song and somehow the floors get swept!

2.What is your favorite childhood memory?
Growing up on a carnival. It's not the best place in the world, but growing up it was home. I have lifelong friends from it, and it made me the person I am today, and I will always be thankful for that.

3.What is your most embarrassing moment?
When I was young (middle school age), we were leaving a christmas play at my aunts church and I ran face first into a glass door! I was in tears I was so embarrassed.

4.What uniform of your spouse’s is your favorite?
The NWU's!! When they first came out I didn't think I was going to like them, but Yummy!!! :) He looks great in them, and i love when he comes home wearing them.

5.What canceled TV show do you miss the most?
Friends! It is no secret that it is my all time favorite TV show and I wish it was still going today.

Okay now it is your turn! Fill in your answers, and link back to Wife of a Sailor! Enjoy & have fun

Hello World!

Hello Blogging World!

Well this will make this my first post here, and I am really excited. I kinda have a plan on what I want to post and things I want to do on this blog, it makes me very excited! :) I have also decided to start keeping a blog notebook, so ideas I have or anything related to the blog I can jot down and refer to it whenever needed.

This blog is really an outlet, and a way to show everyone parts of my life. I have decided that I need to get myself in gear on some aspects of my life and this blog will also help with that. I have a lot I want to do on this blog from now until the end of the year(the time I have planned out) and I am hoping you will enjoy the journey with me. My posting this month will be about everything, bc I am calling this my recovery & plan month.

I can't wait to jump in and get started :)
